Beyond the Ordinary
Out of the kindness of our hearts, and a desire to give the gift of music to the disadvantaged kids of the Northern Communities of BC, we formed 'Lil Wing's. It was the chosen name of our child who never made it into life but was miscarried early in development. It fills our hearts with peace and love to know the potential of our one and only child lives on through 'Lil Wing's School of Performance Art.
Cathy P. Strudd
Our Owner, Director and Administrator. A BC native Cathy was born and bred in the interior of British Columbia and knows this land, and the people of it, like the back of her hand. A veteran firecracker, she has 3 grown sons of her own and umpteen years of experience working and commanding the frontlines of Security in BC, making her a veritable force to be reckoned with in the supervisory department. She is Sully's best friend and confidant and considers herself blessed to be his wife.
Sully A. Strudd
Our guitar, voice and songwriting and performance instructor. Mr. Strudd grew up in the East of Canada but has been a 'BC boy' since 1994. Mr. Strudd is a recording artist and performer, producer, singer/songwriter. He is fully self-taught but always influenced. His first instrument is guitar but he can play other instruments well enough to make beautiful music. Speaking of which, Sully and Cathy have been married for the past 9 years and consider each other soul-mates and meant-to-be. Mr. Strudd is excited to get you started on your journey to greatness one baby-step at a time!
